Description

For light roast drinkers who've had plenty of Ethiopian fruit and want something less expected — the clove note is the point.

This single-origin light roast comes from Chiapas, Mexico, grown on farms in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, high in the Sierra Madre. It’s one of the most biodiverse forest reserves in the region, home to rare, high-altitude cloud forest, and it makes for some genuinely special growing conditions.

In the cup, it’s bright and fruity with a distinctive clove note, a light roast with real character rather than just acidity. The beans are 100% Organic, and because we only get a limited quantity each year, it’s worth grabbing a bag while it’s in stock.

Like all our coffee, it’s roasted in small batches and shipped the next day. Whole bean or ground for cold brew, French press, a coffee pot, pour over, Aeropress, or espresso, all at no extra charge. Pick your size and grind above, and grab it while this year’s harvest lasts.
