Ordering for Christmas
We roast in small batches every few days rather than shipping from a shelf, and December transit times run longer than the rest of the year. Orders placed December 17–21 ship starting December 22.
- Ship it straight to them. Check “Is this a gift?” at checkout and write a short note. We’ll print it and tuck it in with the coffee, and gift orders never include prices.
- Orders of $50 or more ship free.
- Local? Pickup in Palmyra is free, and pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
- Past the dates? A gift certificate arrives by email, so it’s never too late.

For the One Who Loves Trying New Coffees
Pick Five Samples puts five 4 oz bags in one box, and you choose every one of them. It’s $33, and it ships free. Pick one from each roast level so they can find their favorite:
- Light: Colombia – Tolima – Light Roast, with hints of black cherry, tangerine, and brown sugar.
- Medium: Honduras – COMSA Marcala – Medium Roast, an organic Fair Trade coffee with hints of milk chocolate, red apple, and brown sugar.
- Dark: Brazil – Cerrado – Dark Roast, with hints of dark chocolate, walnut, and a little smokiness.
Prefer something a little different? The Lake Blend, with dark chocolate, orange, and molasses notes, is a customer favorite and makes a great addition to the sampler.

For the One With a Favorite
If you know what they drink, a bag of it is an easy gift, and a sure one. Our 12 oz bags run $15.75 to $19.75, and a 1 LB bag starts at $19. You pick the coffee, the size, and the grind.
Want to go big? A 5 LB bag of their favorite is $90 for most of our coffees, it ships free, and it has them thinking of you every morning for weeks.
For the Espresso Drinker
The Espresso Sampler is five coffees our own retail and wholesale customers already pull as espresso, a half-pound bag of each, whole bean. It makes a good companion to a new espresso maker. It’s $55, and it ships free.
For Someone Worth Spoiling
Every month a new bag shows up, and they think of you all over again. The Coffee of the Month Gift Subscription sends them one bag a month for 3 or 6 months, and the same coffee doesn’t show up twice. Coffee has always been how we build relationships. Johnathan first roasted it as an icebreaker for the Wounded Warriors he served with, and loved watching their faces light up on the first sip. - Order each one online. Place a separate order for each address, and check “Is this a gift?” at checkout to add your note. Any order of $50 or more ships free.
- Send us your list. Fill in our business gift request form and attach your list, or email [email protected] with each person’s name, address, and which coffee goes to them. We’ll work out the shipping and reply with a total and an invoice you can pay online. Anyone getting $50 or more at the same address still ships free.
