Description
This single-origin light roast comes from Chiapas, Mexico, grown on farms in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, high in the Sierra Madre. It’s one of the most biodiverse forest reserves in the region, home to rare, high-altitude cloud forest, and it makes for some genuinely special growing conditions.
In the cup, it’s bright and fruity with a distinctive clove note, a light roast with real character rather than just acidity. The beans are 100% Organic and Fair Trade, and because we only get a limited quantity each year, it’s worth grabbing a bag while it’s in stock.
Like every coffee we roast, it’s made to order and shipped the next day. Whole bean or ground for your coffee pot or French press, no extra charge. Pick your size and grind above, and grab it while this year’s harvest lasts.
