Description
For anyone who buys Organic Fair Trade first — and it's the one that fills the kitchen with a brown-sugar smell before you've even poured it.
This Honduras comes from the COMSA cooperative in Marcala, and it’s organic and Fair Trade. In the cup it’s smooth with a light sweetness, a milk chocolate note, and a hint of red apple, an easygoing medium roast that stays mellow rather than sharp.
Buying Organic Fair Trade means the farmers who grew it were paid fairly and the beans were grown without synthetic pesticides, so it’s a coffee you can feel good about start to finish. As always, we roast it in small batches and ship the next business day, so it reaches you fresh.
Take it whole bean if you grind at home, or let us grind it for cold brew, French press, a coffee pot, pour-over, AeroPress, or espresso — it’s a real favorite for americanos and lattes, smooth and balanced without needing a dark roast to get there. Pick your size and grind above, and we’ll get a fresh bag on its way to you.
