This Organic Honduras comes from the COMSA cooperative in Marcala, Honduras, grown and certified 100% Fair Trade Organic. In the cup it’s smooth with a light sweetness, a soft chocolate note, and a nutty finish, an easygoing medium roast that never turns sharp or bitter.

Buying Fair Trade Organic means the farmers who grew it were paid fairly and the beans were grown without synthetic pesticides, so it’s a coffee you can feel good about start to finish. As always, we roast it to order and ship the next day, so what reaches you is genuinely fresh.

Take it whole bean if you grind at home, or let us grind it for you for your coffee pot, French press, or espresso — it’s a genuine favorite for americanos and lattes, smooth and balanced without needing a dark roast to get there.
