Emerging Stars Blend is a medium roast coffee with warm notes of almond and cacao, easy to enjoy black or with cream. It’s also a coffee with a purpose: a portion of every bag sold goes to support Emerging STARS, a non-profit that empowers adults with developmental disabilities through teaching, socializing, job skills, and community involvement.

We roast it in small batches and ship the next day, so what lands on your doorstep is genuinely fresh, not something that’s been sitting in a warehouse. Take it whole bean if you grind at home, or let us grind it for cold brew, French press, a coffee pot, pour over, Aeropress, or espresso, all at no extra charge.
