Our dark roasts aren’t all the same cup, which is the point of a pack like this. Some sit right in the middle of the dark range, bold and full-bodied. Others we deliberately pull back a little so you can still taste where the bean came from instead of tasting only the roast. Three bags is enough to find out which end you actually prefer.

Every bag is roasted in small batches and shipped the next morning, not pulled from a shelf.
