This Mexico Dark Roast is made with 100% Organic Fair Trade beans, nutty and caramelizing with a warmth that lingers. We keep it on the lighter side of dark on purpose — dark enough for real body and a rounder finish, but pulled back just enough to still taste where the bean is from instead of masking it under char.
Like every coffee we sell, it’s roasted to order and shipped the next day, so what you’re brewing is genuinely fresh. Order it whole bean if you grind at home, or let us grind it for your coffee pot or French press, no extra charge either way.
