Half Caff – Medium Roast is exactly what it sounds like: a real medium roast blend with roughly half the caffeine of a regular cup, not a watered-down decaf pretending to be something else. In the cup, expect berry and nutty notes with the same balanced, comforting character you’d want from an everyday medium roast.
The decaffeinated half of this blend goes through the Mountain Water Process (MWP) rather than chemical solvents, so you get the caffeine reduction without sacrificing flavor or ending up with that flat, muted taste a lot of half-caff coffees have.
It’s a great option for an afternoon cup, a lazy Sunday, or anyone easing off caffeine without giving up a genuinely good coffee. Like everything we roast, it’s made to order and shipped the next day.
